When we first encountered Conny Maier’s paintings, we were deeply impressed: her works are radical, bold and distinctive. And we were not alone in this impression. Today, Maier, who lives between Berlin and Portugal, has had major museum retrospectives, received numerous awards, and become a favourite among collectors.
