Fundus: The world we live in appears to us in fragments of complex systems.
We only understand small parts of this complexity.
We store objects / images in our memory. We download images from the Internet to our personal computer to edit them. We collect and build things around them to understand the world. This is how Konrad Loder works.
His "FUNDUS" has been growing for 20 years. In over five hundred wooden boxes are objects, models, work samples and sculptures archived, with which the artist designs his exhibitions.
Konrad Loder studied at the Munich Art Academy. He lives and works in Paris and Brittany.
