TOM REICHSTEIN contemporary is pleased to present the first solo exhibition by HFBK graduate Temorscha Zoltani.
Der Preis der Blüte (The Price of the Blossom) brings together a new series of paintings exploring the relationship between identity, memory and historical experience. Drawing on his German and Afghan heritage, Zoltani uses the poppy as a recurring motif—not as a botanical subject, but as a vessel for personal and collective narratives.
The works reflect on how history is carried across generations and how cultural identity is shaped through place, inheritance and lived experience. Without prescribing a single interpretation, the exhibition invites viewers to consider the connections between beauty and conflict, intimacy and geopolitics, and the stories that continue to define us.
We warmly invite you to join us for the opening on Friday, July 17th and celebrate the beginning of Temorscha Zoltani's first solo exhibition with us.
